Raluca Papadima

Raluca Papadima este avocat membru in barourile Bucuresti (2004), Paris (2006) si New York (2007). Profeseaza in prezent in Statele Unite ale Americii si in Romania, fiind specializata in tranzactii si litigii cu o componenta internationala. Doamna Papadima este de asemenea cadru didactic asociat la Universitatea din Bucuresti, Facultatea de Drept si Facultatea de Administratie si Afaceri precum si la Colegiul Juridic Franco-Roman de Studii Europene (Universitatea Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) unde a predat Dreptul afacerilor, Dreptul societatilor comerciale si Dreptul contractelor (francez, roman, american, european si international). Este autoarea a numeroase articole publicate in reviste de prestigiu din Romania si din strainatate.

A absolvit Facultatea de Drept a Universitatii din Bucuresti si Colegiul Juridic Franco-Roman de Studii Europene in 2003. Este titulara unui master cu specializarea Dreptul Afacerilor de la Universitatea Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2004) si a unui master cu specializarea Dreptul Afacerilor si Guvernanta Corporativa de la Universitatea Harvard (2006). A obtinut titlul de doctor in drept de la Universitatea Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas in 2017.

 In perioada 2004-2006 a lucrat ca avocat in cadrul societatii de avocatura Linklaters (Bucuresti si Paris) iar in perioada 2006-2016, ca avocat specializat in Fuziuni si Achizitii la New York in cadrul societatilor de avocatura Latham & Watkins LLP si Greenberg Traurig LLP. Doamna Papadima are de asemenea o bogata experienta in domeniul arbitrajului comercial. Este Presedintele Asociatiei Vindobona pentru Promovarea Arbitrajului in Romania si arbitru inregistrat pe lista Curtii Internationale de Arbitraj de pe langa Camera de Comert si Industrie a Romaniei. De asemenea, este membru al juriului din 2005 la concursul Willem Vis in domeniul arbitrajului international.
